Cannabis Meditation

Explore the wisdom and healing power of this sacred flower medicine.

Cannabis has been a sacred tool for healing, insight, and connection for centuries. In this meditation, we honor it as a plant ally–one that supports deep introspection, emotional release, and expanded states of awareness. This practice is not about escape but about deepening your relationship with yourself, your body, and the present moment.

Cannabis Meditation is an energy practice. Sometimes it’s deeply restful, sometimes activating or emotional, sometimes psychedelic or mystical, but always transformative.

We begin by preparing the body with gentle movement and grounding breathwork, creating an intentional container for the experience. Before we consume, we will offer a blessing over the medicine and space, inviting you to do the same in a way that resonates with you. Once we consume, we'll breathe a little more and then you'll lie down comfortably to be guided through a body scan meditation. This is your time to relax, surrender, and allow the medicine to flow through your system.

To close, we’ll offer space for you to integrate and share any insights of the experience.

This is an energy practice so it is normal–and to be expected–to have any of the following:

  • crying or emotional release

  • shaking, twitching or buzzing of the limbs and body

  • spiritual or supernatural experiences

  • deep states of rest, relaxation/meditation

You will be guided through the entire experience. Please come with an open mind and a curious heart.

You are welcome to arrive 30 minutes early to relax in the sauna prior to meditation.

Non-members - $45

** How to Prepare for Your Cannabis Meditation**

1 | Set Your Intention & Complete the Intake Form (this will be emailed upon registration)

Ritual begins with intention. Take a moment to reflect—What are you calling in? What do you hope to receive? Or simply just stay open to meet yourself in a new way. Setting an intention anchors your experience. .

2 | Dress for Comfort & Ease

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax. Layers are best, so you can adjust to your body's temperature needs throughout the session.

3 | Bring Your Own Flower & Smoking Apparatus

This is a BYOF experience. I recommend flower over edibles, as the onset is more immediate and shared in real-time. Bring your preferred smoking apparatus—but wait to consume until we are all together. If you prefer to take edibles then plan to consume them ~30 minutes before we meet.

4 | Consider a 24-Hour Cannabis Fast

Consider fasting from cannabis for at least 24 hours before the meditation. This act of discipline with intention can deepen your connection and enhance the plant’s effect.

5 | Create Your Comfort Ritual

Blankets, cushions, and eye pillows will be provided, but feel free to bring anything else that makes you feel relaxed and cozy—whether it's your favorite blanket, a journal, or a special grounding object.
