Our Founder
After years in the wellness space, April saw how easy it was to understand what to do—but how hard it was to actually change how you feel day to day. Stress stayed high. Recovery was inconsistent. Nothing really stuck. Awarehouse was built to change that.
Drawing from her background in health coaching, breathwork, movement, and nervous system work, April created a space centered on simple, repeatable practices that help people reset, recover, and build real capacity over time.
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about doing what works—and coming back to it consistently. And while the work is personal, it’s not meant to be done alone. There’s something powerful about being in a space where other people are showing up, doing the work, and choosing to feel better too.
That’s the kind of environment she set out to create.
