A guided breathwork journey designed to regulate your nervous system, release stored tension, and reconnect you to your body.
Set to music and led with clear cues, these sessions use intentional breathing patterns to shift your state—moving from stress and mental noise into presence, clarity, and deeper awareness.

The 45-minute session offers a focused reset.
The 60-minute session allows for a more extended, immersive experience.All guided sessions are followed by sauna and optional cold plunge to support integration.

Guided breathwork in the sauna, followed by cold plunge. Using breath and attention, you’ll learn how to stay steady inside intensity—without overriding your body.
Heat and breath work together to build pressure, move energy, and sharpen focus. The cold plunge then helps you integrate, regulate, and return to a clear, grounded state.

Restore is a ground-based, precision movement class designed to improve joint health, stability, and control.
Through slow, intentional movements, you’ll explore joint articulation, coordination, and strength within safe, accessible ranges. This is not about pushing intensity or forcing flexibility—it’s about restoring how your body is meant to move.
Guided through a nervous-system-aware lens, breath and pacing are woven throughout to support regulation, so your body can open without strain or overwhelm. Accessible for all levels and adaptable for every body.
Each class includes:

• Open sauna + cold plunge time after class

Enjoy a self-paced sauna and cold plunge session. Move between heat and cold at your own rhythm to relax, recover, and reset your nervous system.
Our communal infrared sauna offers a gentle, penetrating heat designed to support circulation, recovery, and deep relaxation. You’ll also have access to two cold plunges at different temperatures, so you can choose the level that feels right for your body.
Stay in the sauna, take a dip in the cold plunge, or alternate between both—however your body feels best.
New to contrast therapy? A team member is always available to offer guidance and support.

Book a 30-minute session in the Sensory Room to experience Red Light Therapy, PEMF Grounding Mat, or BrainTap. Two devices are typically used during one session depending on the needs of the client. A team member will help get you set up and determine the best settings for your individual goals of the treatment.

Our sauna is designed for connection and co-regulation, with two cold plunges available for rotation and rest. Each class is guided or self-guided to support your nervous system through the rhythm of contrast—heat, cold, and breath.
THE BASICS

Plan to arrive 15 minutes early. That gives you time for a quick tour, settle in, and complete a waiver. Wear comfortable clothing, and if you’ll be doing a cold plunge and sauna, bring a bathing suit and optional towel (we have towels on site, as well).

Anything! Your intro offer gives you access to all of our modalities—sauna, cold plunge, breathwork, sensory room, and more. It’s a chance to explore and discover what resonates.

We designed our 3-session intro not just as a sampler, but to help you build a foundation. In three sessions, you’ll build confidence, understand the basic structure of our practices, and begin to feel the shift. By then, most people feel curious, grounded, and ready to go deeper.

You get to decide where your journey begins—our team will be there to offer advice, guidance, and help you get the most out of whichever modality you choose.

While many people find great benefit from heat and cold therapies, there are certain circumstances where extra caution (or even avoidance) is advised. Always consult your doctor if you fall into any of these categories:
Pregnancy
Cardiovascular conditions
Respiratory or lung disease
Peripheral vascular conditions or poor circulations
Other conditions or circumstances: fever, acute illness, certain medications (especially those that affect blood pressure or heat regulation), and sensitivity to temperature (e.g. multiple sclerosis)
If ever in doubt, check with your healthcare provider before participating. Safety and alignment with your body always come first.

Our sensory room is a place to deepen and expand your internal awareness. It houses modalities like Red Light Therapy, BrainTap, and PEMF grounding mat (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy). These tools help:
challenge your perceptions and shift mental states
balance your “electric body” (your bioelectrical system)
condition new neural pathways and patterns
integrate rest, regeneration, and internal recalibration
