Welcome to Awarehouse — a place to reset your system, expand your awareness, and remember who you are beneath the noise.
We believe healing begins when you come home to your body. Our space is where modern science meets ancient wisdom, and where community becomes medicine.
This is more than a wellness studio. Our mission is simple: to help you feel more alive, more grounded, and more connected — to yourself and the people around you.
Through heat and cold therapy, breath and stillness, we offer practices that restore balance from the inside out. Each session is an invitation to regulate, release, and remember your own capacity for calm.

THE BASICS

Plan to arrive 15 minutes early. That gives you time for a quick tour, settle in, and complete a waiver. Wear comfortable clothing, and if you’ll be doing a cold plunge, bring a bathing suit and a towel.

Anything! Your intro offer gives you access to all of our modalities—sauna, cold plunge, breathwork, sensory room, and more. It’s a chance to explore and discover what resonates.

We designed our 3-session intro not just as a sampler, but to help you build a foundation. In three sessions, you’ll build confidence, understand the basic structure of our practices, and begin to feel the shift. By then, many people feel curious, grounded, and ready to go deeper.

You get to decide where your journey begins—our team will be there to offer advice, guidance, and help you get the most out of whichever modality you choose.

While many people find great benefit from heat and cold therapies, there are certain circumstances where extra caution (or even avoidance) is advised. Always consult your doctor if you fall into any of these categories:
Pregnancy
Cardiovascular conditions:
Respiratory or lung disease
Peripheral vascular conditions or poor circulations
Other conditions or circumstances: fever, acute illness, certain medications (especially those that affect blood pressure or heat regulation), and sensitivity to temperature (e.g. multiple sclerosis)
If ever in doubt, check with your healthcare provider before participating. Safety and alignment with your body always come first.

Our sensory room is a place to deepen and expand your internal awareness. It houses modalities like red light therapy, BrainTap, and PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy). These tools help:
challenge your perceptions and shift mental states
balance your “electric body” (your bioelectrical system)
condition new neural pathways and patterns
integrate rest, regeneration, and internal recalibration

Time at Awarehouse is aligned with how I want to use my energy.
The space + offerings attract in like- minded people which facilitates easeful genuine connections. The breathwork practitioners are warm and knowledgeable; whether I want to decompress, activate energy centers, or just get back to baseline the practice consistently delivers. Being able to use the infrared sauna for detoxification and regeneration feels like a luxury. Following that up with a cold plunge to invigorate my body raises my energy. I always leave feeling better physically, mentally, and emotionally than when I arrived.

I did a private breathwork session with Tanya and felt a significant shift.
She created a beautiful space that was intentional, grounding, and safe. I could feel that stagnant energy was physically moved in her 3-part breath session and I gained deeper insight into what I'm calling in during the future visioning portion. Following a focused breathing session I recalibrated to my body/energy in the sauna and cold plunge which left me feeling very clear and uplifted.
