The Bridge Between Science + Soul
A Comprehensive breathwork training program
February 5th - July 5th, 2026
This is more than just a training. To lead others through transformation, you must first live it.
Most programs teach breathwork as a technique.
We teach breathwork as identity evolution.
This isn’t about adding another modality to your toolbox.
It’s about becoming a new instrument altogether — a regulated, attuned, embodied nervous system that transmits safety, depth, and truth.
You don’t graduate with a certificate that says you know breathwork.
You graduate as someone who is the breath — grounded in your own integration, steady enough to hold others through theirs.
What You’ll Learn
You’ll build nervous-system fluency, emotional literacy, and facilitation skills from the inside out. By the end, you’ll be able to:
Regulate your system under stress and stay centered while holding others
Recognize and alchemize inner patterns through somatic awareness
Move from reactivity into choice and grounded response
Set embodied boundaries without guilt or collapse
Use breath as both a mirror and a medicine — a way back to the body
Facilitate transformational journeys ethically, safely, and skillfully
Guide others without rescuing, performing, or losing yourself in the process
Lead from coherence — in sessions, relationships, and life
how it works: Science Meets Soul
We bridge nervous system physiology and trauma-aware psychology with ancient wisdom, somatic intelligence, and breath-based consciousness practices. you’ll explore:
Nervous system function, the HPA axis & regulation cycles
Polyvagal theory & stress resilience
Breath mechanics, biochemistry & brainwave states
Fascial release & emotional patterning in the body
Parts work, attachment & inner-child repair
Shadow integration & resistance alchemy
Koshas, Chakras, & subtle-body awareness
Archetypes, myth & ritual as maps of transformation
Attunement, consent, ethics & scope of practice
who this is for
this path is for those who sense that breathwork isn’t just a technique — it’s a transmission.
It’s for practitioners, space-holders, coaches, therapists, and teachers who are ready to deepen their impact through nervous-system literacy and embodied presence.
And it’s for humans on the threshold of their next becoming — the ones who feel the pull to lead, not from theory, but from truth lived in their body.
You might be a:
wellness or yoga professional ready to add a trauma-informed, science-rooted foundation to your work
therapist or coach ready to integrate breath as a somatic bridge between cognition and embodiment
community builder or leader drawn to create spaces for real transformation and regulation
high achiever, entrepreneur, or executive ready to move from burnout and control into embodied leadership — leading teams and lives from coherence instead of stress
Or simply someone who’s walked through their own initiations and feels called to share what healed them
THE BASICS
-
Plan to arrive 15 minutes early. That gives you time for a quick tour, settle in, and complete a waiver. Wear comfortable clothing, and if you’ll be doing a cold plunge and sauna, bring a bathing suit and optional towel (we have towels on site, as well).
-
Free parking is available on-site, just behind the building.
-
Anything! Your intro offer gives you access to all of our modalities—sauna, cold plunge, breathwork, sensory room, and more. It’s a chance to explore and discover what resonates.
-
We designed our 3-session intro not just as a sampler, but to help you build a foundation. In three sessions, you’ll build confidence, understand the basic structure of our practices, and begin to feel the shift. By then, most people feel curious, grounded, and ready to go deeper.
-
You get to decide where your journey begins—our team will be there to offer advice, guidance, and help you get the most out of whichever modality you choose.
-
While many people find great benefit from heat and cold therapies, there are certain circumstances where extra caution (or even avoidance) is advised. Always consult your doctor if you fall into any of these categories:
Pregnancy
Cardiovascular conditions
Respiratory or lung disease
Peripheral vascular conditions or poor circulations
Other conditions or circumstances: fever, acute illness, certain medications (especially those that affect blood pressure or heat regulation), and sensitivity to temperature (e.g. multiple sclerosis)
If ever in doubt, check with your healthcare provider before participating. Safety and alignment with your body always come first.
-
Our sensory room is a place to deepen and expand your internal awareness. It houses modalities like Red Light Therapy, BrainTap, and PEMF grounding mat (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy). These tools help:
challenge your perceptions and shift mental states
balance your “electric body” (your bioelectrical system)
condition new neural pathways and patterns
integrate rest, regeneration, and internal recalibration

Time at Awarehouse is aligned with how I want to use my energy.
The space + offerings attract in like- minded people which facilitates easeful genuine connections. The breathwork practitioners are warm and knowledgeable; whether I want to decompress, activate energy centers, or just get back to baseline the practice consistently delivers. Being able to use the infrared sauna for detoxification and regeneration feels like a luxury. Following that up with a cold plunge to invigorate my body raises my energy. I always leave feeling better physically, mentally, and emotionally than when I arrived.

I did a private breathwork session with Tanya and felt a significant shift.
She created a beautiful space that was intentional, grounding, and safe. I could feel that stagnant energy was physically moved in her 3-part breath session and I gained deeper insight into what I'm calling in during the future visioning portion. Following a focused breathing session I recalibrated to my body/energy in the sauna and cold plunge which left me feeling very clear and uplifted. I'm really looking forward to deepening my breathwork practice and feeling grateful for the team at Awarehouse for the space they've created. It's truly unique.
