    This is your nervous system reset. A guided breath journey designed to ground, open, and awaken. Expect a full arc—gentle awareness, deep activation, and a soft landing. Whether you're new to breathwork or seasoned in your practice, this class invites you to meet yourself more fully, one breath at a time.

    This experience includes a 45-minute guided breathwork session with optional cold plunge / sauna.

  • This is elemental. Breath meets heat in the sauna to ignite the body from within—clearing tension, circulating energy, and sharpening focus. The cold plunge then invites you to anchor it all.

  • Move + Breathe is our signature cathartic practice designed to train the body and regulate the nervous system. Each session weaves somatic patterns, yoga-inspired mobility, Pilates-style core strength, breath, and occasional sound release to create physical, mental, and emotional openings.

    You’ll challenge your body while tending to your inner world—cultivating presence, resilience, and a calmer baseline. Each practice meets you where you are—and helps you leave clear, grounded, and energized.

  • The Reset Ritual is a unique offering that’s all about giving your body the reset it’s been asking for—whether you want a focused 7-day recharge or a full month to rewire your foundation.

    Through detox, nervous system support, and personalized rhythms, you’ll reclaim energy, clarity, and balance—whether you choose the 7-Day Reset or the full 30-Day Ritual.

  • Expert-Guided Breathwork Journeys
    Your facilitator leads you through a full breath arc—grounding, activation, release, and integration—offering cues, safety support, and space for emotional and somatic shifts. You’re never navigating alone.

  • Sauna Sessions with Intentional Heat Work

    Our full-spectrum infrared sauna becomes a ceremonial space: warm, communal, and guided. Facilitators support pacing, hydration reminders, breath cues, and somatic awareness as heat softens the body and opens the mind.

  • Cold Plunge with Coaching + Community Support
    Entering our BlueCube cold plunges becomes a practice in presence. Your guide helps you regulate your breath, settle the nervous system, and find clarity through the cold. You’ll be held—both by your coach and the community entering alongside you.

Our guided offerings are intentionally led, thoughtfully paced, and held by trained facilitators who understand the nervous system, breath mechanics, and the art of contrast. Every session is a blend of expertise, community connection, and spaciousness for your own internal process.
